A Snapchat video is circulating of a group of teenagers destroying property in downtown Kelowna.
A local youth told Castanet that the incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Saturday evening
The video appears to have been taken along Bernard Avenue.
“I’ve seen it in someone’s history. I’ve seen the people downtown before. They always mess something up. This is not the first time, “she said.
The young people assume that the teenagers involved are between 16 and 18 years old.
“I thought it was messed up and immature … I found it so rude and unnecessary.”
“The police were in the area, but I’m not sure if it was for them or something else,” she added.
Castanet has reached out to the RCMP for further details and is awaiting a response.
