Fun fact of the day: how many dreams does the average person have in one night?

The average person has around 3 to 5 dreams a night, but some can have up to 7 dreams in one night. The dreams tend to last longer as the night progresses. During a full 8-hour night’s sleep, two hours of it are spent dreaming. It is by no means uncommon for a person to have more than one dream a night.

A West Kelowna man charged with murder after his wife was found dead in their burned down home still has no date to stand trial – more than four years after her death.

Kevin Costin was arrested on May 26, 2017 and charged with second degree murder, arson, and indignation over human remains in the death of his wife, 37-year-old Hazel Budiongan, in November 2015.
