A popular downtown Kelowna restaurant will soon be featured on The Food Network for the whole country.

Last September, John Catucci came to Kelowna to film an episode of the Big Food Bucket List with Salt & Brick.

This episode will air on February 6 at both 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

“We had been thinking about the show for three years and eventually they made it to the Okanagan this year.”

Big Food Bucket List explores North American restaurants that serve “crazy, delicious food.” Catucci gets to know the restaurant and spends time with the culinary team.

For the episode on Salt & Brick, Chef James Holmes features two of his signature articles and a few other guest favorites on the show.

People are invited to party and watch the episode which airs on Salt & Brick and Jack’s Pizza & Liquor.

Each restaurant will air the episode and is currently taking dinner and viewing reservations at 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
