UPDATE: Telus tweeted that the issues were fixed as of Thursday afternoon, and the team continues to monitor the situation to make sure connections remain stable.
Telus customers should expect the phone line to be out of order as the telecommunications company is experiencing intermittent outages across western Canada.
Telus said in a tweet on Thursday (Jan. 14) that the outage is affecting wireless voice and data products.
The company is working on the problem and is hoping services will be restored soon.
