Staples Canada has announced its three entrepreneurial winners in the How To Grow My Business competition, including Kelowna-based Happipad Technologies Inc.
Staples Canada provides the local company with $ 20,000 worth of SolutionShop services and new technology, as well as a mentoring opportunity with Canadian fashion designer and entrepreneur Joe Mimran.
Happipad offers a service that combines hosts with guest rooms for guests looking for temporary, affordable rental accommodation. Your main goal is to provide a positive experience for both parties. Hosts have the opportunity to earn additional income while guests, usually students, save rent.

All 305 Staples stores across Canada will host a Small Business Showcase on October 30th, 11 am-3pm, inviting startups and entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses and share them with the local community.
“Providing entrepreneurs with a platform to share their business with is one of the ways we build a community in our stores that is more than just a product we offer,” said Boone.
