If you run errands on Saturday, it’s a great day to give back to the Salvation Army’s annual Christmas campaign.

Scotiabank will raise funds of up to $ 15,000 at four boiler locations in the Kelowna area on Saturday.

Your donations will be doubled here:

  • Superstore 2280 Baron Road, Kelowna
  • BC Liquor Store 1835 Dilworth Drive, Kelowna
  • Food Saving Mission 3175 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna
  • BC Liquor Store 2475 Dobbin Road, West Kelowna

“This is an amazing event and our most critical boiler day of the season,” said Captain Darryl Burry, executive director of the Kelowna Salvation Army.

“We are very grateful for Scotiabank’s generous initiative to double our donors’ contributions to provide direct support to individuals and families here in our community.”

Last Christmas, the Kelowna Salvation Army served 526 local families, including over 1,000 children, during the holidays through their joint Christmas dinner and toy program.
