Salmon Arm RCMP publishes photos of armed robbery suspects

The suspect allegedly pointed a gun at an employee while demanding money

RCMP has released pictures of an armed suspect in connection with robbery at a financial institution in Salmon Arm.

Shortly after 4:10 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019, RCMP responded to a report of a robbery on Ross Street. The suspect covered her face with a balaclava, allegedly pointed a gun at the clerk and asked for an unknown amount of money.

According to an RCMP publication by Salmon Arm released Feb. 6, the suspect is described as follows:

  • A caucasian man
  • 6 ‘to 6’ 1 “tall and slim built
  • Around 30-35 years old
  • Seen in black Puma sweatpants with two gray / white stripes on each leg, a black winter jacket, black skate shoes, a black balaclava and sunglasses
  • Carrying a gray / silver pistol
