RCMP are looking for a missing woman, last seen in Princeton on February 2nd.

Josephine Thiessen, 36, “could be anywhere in the province,” said a press release from media officer Cst on February 10th. James Grandy.

“The police and family are concerned about Josephine’s welfare. As we continue to try to find her, we ask the public to keep an eye out for her and report any sightings, ”the press release reads.

Thiessen is described as a Caucasian, 5’10 ‘tall and 110 lbs. She has sandy brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. She often wears work boots and multiple layered sweaters.

According to Princeton RCMP Cpl. Kyle Richmond Thiessen last lived in a Princeton motel.

According to Richmond, police are hoping the woman’s vehicle, a bright orange 2006 Toyota Yaris, can help someone identify her.

The BC license plate is AJ729C and there may be a “Browning” sticker on the back.

Thiessen has been reported missing by her family and although she has a cell phone, RCMP has not been able to track it down, he added.
