KELOWNA, BC – Five people were stabbed to death at an outdoor gathering near Kelowna, BC on Sunday
The RCMP said they received a call around 2 a.m. that reported that several victims had been stabbed.
Police said in a statement they found five victims with stab wounds, two youthful males and three adult men, all of whom were rushed to hospital.
The RCMP says the severity of the injuries is currently not disclosed.
A grown man was arrested and the police believe there is no danger to the public.
Police say that after receiving the call, the officers “flooded” the area and their investigation is ongoing.
