Radio Host Celebrates 100 Days of Vehicles That Do not Drive in Kelowna Shops – Kelowna Capital Information

Brad Karp was getting restless.

It had been more than 100 days since the last time a car was rammed through the glass of a Kelowna store, and the local K96.3 morning host was itching for a good tweet.

It’s been 101 days since the last time someone crashed their vehicle into a shop front in #Kelovna.

Usually every two weeks.

To celebrate, I’m going to drive a 2000 Chrysler 300 through a pane of glass today “Stunt Devil Dare Man Brad Karp”.

Thoughts & prayers appreciated. pic.twitter.com/L6g5CIgaOB

Karp, a longtime supporter of Kelowna’s vehicle-in-building scene, claims that this more than three months was an anomaly – one that he apparently believed needed to be corrected.

Karp took control of the situation and stuck himself – and an old Chrysler – through a few panes of glass at Apple Valley Auto Recycling in West Kelowna. K96.3 posted the video evidence on Twitter Tuesday morning.

Karp best sums it up himself: “We have a car; We have glass. We have Karp; he crashes. “
