New dealership ready for use

The next phase of the complex redevelopment of a car dealership on Highway 97 and Cary Road takes place on Monday in front of the city council.
The property that currently houses the Buy Direct Truck Center has recently been subdivided, creating two new lots.
A building permit was issued last month that allowed the trucking center to move to the rear of the property.
The final permit application relates to the remainder of the site where, if approved, a new Hyundai Genesis dealer would be located.
Staff say the dealership itself would have two floors, including a showroom, service area and office space.
The rest of the site will include a mix of staff, customer, and inventory parking spaces.
Staff have indicated their support for the application and stated that it complies with most OCP and urban planning guidelines.
