The six-story timber frame building with above-ground parking is located at 555 Fuller Ave. and Bertram Street, in the heart of downtown. The building will offer a mix of unit types, from studios to two bedrooms. The entire building was designed according to universal design standards and eight units will be fully accessible for people with disabilities. All units in the building are rented out at below market prices.

The land belongs to City of Kelownait provides for a long term lease. The Pathways Abilities Society will manage the website.

The new building will be called Hadgraft Wilson Place, in recognition of two families who are committed to helping people with disabilities and providing comprehensive support to society.

Construction is underway and the building is expected to open in autumn 2022.
