KVR upgrade work begins

Work to improve the KVR trail above Naramata and Kelowna has started.
The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association and the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen partner with Recreation Sites and Trails BC to brush, grade, and elevate the trail in areas with annual flooding.
A registered professional forester has identified areas where heavy machinery work is required.
The public is advised to use the path cautiously on weekdays while the work is being completed. It will be fully open on weekends.
The public is also asked to respect all crew members, barriers, equipment and signage.
