Kelowna RCMP finds envelope with ‘cherished memories’
Kelowna RCMP found an envelope full of family photos that they believe must belong to a local resident.
The older photo shows a group of six people or a family, and police are asking anyone who recognizes any of the people in the picture to contact the Kelowna Department at 250-762-3300.
