With a new calendar year, Kelowna business owners must renew their licenses.

Anyone running a business within the Kelowna city limits will have time to do so on Tuesday, January 15 at 4:00 p.m.

<p>All registered operating companies received an extension notification in December.</p>
<p>Business licenses can be renewed by:</p>
<ul>
<li>Go online to pay with Visa or Mastercard at kelowna.ca/onlineservices.  The access code stated on your renewal notification is required.</li>
<li>Visit City Hall in person for payments by check, money order, direct debit, or cash.</li>
<li>Mail a check or money order to City Hall Business Licensing, 1435 Water Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 1J4.</li>
</ul>
<p>Updates or changes to an existing business license can be made by calling 250-469-8960 or emailing developmentservicesinfo@kelowna.ca.</p>
<p>For all companies that are no longer operating, licenses can be canceled by calling 250-469-8617 or by emailing businesslicences@kelowna.ca.</p>
<p>Mobile business licenses are also available for an additional $ 150 per year for those who operate in more than one community but only have one fixed location.</p>
