Jeff Stibbard is an Honorary Colonel in the Royal Canadian Airforce.
JDS Group of Companies Founder Jeff Stibbard was named Kelowna Company Leader of the Year 2019.
The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce announced the news Wednesday morning, honoring Stibbard for “his outstanding contribution to business” in the Central Okanagan and Canada’s economy.
Stibbard was selected by the independent jury that determined this year’s winners of the Business Excellence Award.
