A couple of Tim Hortons restaurants in Kelowna have been closed by Interior Health due to COVID-19.

The Tim Hortons on Harvey Ave. 1901 closed on May 20, while the 1572-2771 Harvey Ave. had to be closed on Thursday.

Both locations may reopen on June 4th, according to Interior Health.

The closings were ordered under powers given to health officials earlier this year by Provincial Health Commissioner Dr. Bonnie Henry were granted.

Any deal that has been shown to have carried over and at least three cases can be closed.
