Gray Fox Brewing Now Open in Kelowna – Canadian Beer News

KELOWNA, BC – British Columbia’s first gluten-free brewery is now open in Kelowna’s Lake Country area.

Gray Fox Brewing has been founded by Chris Neufeld, who was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003, and his wife Suzanne. Chris has been brewing celiac-friendly beers at home using millet and rice in place of barley and wheat for many years, and has now made the jump to commercial production.

Gray Fox officially opened its doors on Saturday December 17th, and is currently pouring draft samples and growler fills of its two initial beers, with cans planned to follow soon. Branded merchandise is also available to purchase.

Gray Fox Brewing is located at 310 Hiram Walker Court, Unit 105 in Kelowna. Business hours for the remainder of the holiday season and other information can be found on the brewery’s website, and pages on Facebook and Instagram.
