RCMP is investigating after the discovery of a woman at a campsite in West Kelowna yesterday.
Police said they were called to a campground on the 2300 block off the Old Okanagan Highway yesterday, March 9th, at around 5:00 p.m. to report on a deceased West Kelowna woman in her forties.
“Currently, no crime in the death of the woman is suspected,” says Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy, RCMP Kelowna Area Press Officer, in a press release.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP are trying to find out how, where, and when she died.
RCMP will no longer disclose information about the identity of the deceased woman or any other information related to the investigation.
