Girl, 21, arrested after a knife robbed Kelowna’s enterprise

A 21-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an attempted robbery in Kelowna.

The Kelowna woman is charged with making a knife and demanding money from employees of a shop on Pandosy Street.

It happened shortly before 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, the police said.

The police only said the store is on the 1900 block on Pandosy Street.

<p dir=The police said: “The woman threatened the staff, grabbed goods and fled the area on foot.”

Officers rushed into the area but found the suspect.

She was arrested without incident.

“Fortunately, no one was injured in this attack,” added the RCMP.

The woman remains in custody.
