<p dir=In both cases, those affected are self-isolating at home with the assistance of local health teams, and IH is following the contact trace to get in touch with anyone who may be exposed to a confirmed case.

“The safety and well-being of students, families and employees continue to be our top priority,” said a statement from school district 23.

“Central Okanagan Public Schools will continue to implement strict health and safety protocols and procedures in place so that students and staff can continue to attend school as safely as possible.”

SD23 and IH will continue to work closely together to determine if additional action is needed and to support ongoing communication with both school communities.

As always, students and faculty members are reminded to stay home from school if they show symptoms of COVID-19.
