Often times, it is difficult for a business, large or small, to get reviews from satisfied customers online. Reviews are very important to show potential prospects what the service or product looks like through the words of previous customers. Many people make purchasing decisions based on the experiences of others. Csek Creative has developed a rating system that is easy to use and even easier for the customers of the companies that use the platform to get reviews. The concept is to put the customer on the path of least resistance. Review-ify knows whether the customer is logged into Google, Facebook or Yelp and sends them to us in the easiest place for them. If it’s Google they’re logged in to, it sends the customer to Google for a Google rating; If it’s Facebook, they’ll be redirected to Facebook to leave a Facebook review, or if it’s on Yelp, they will be redirected to Yelp to leave a review. This will help local businesses differentiate themselves from their competitors. phone call Nikki Csek at 250-862-8010 or Nikki@csekcreative.com.
