Falling trees cause power outage in Kelowna
More than 400 houses were without electricity around 2 p.m., most of them restored
Several homes in the Upper Mission area of Kelowna are without power after trees in the area fell over power lines.
More than 400 households were without electricity on Wednesday (July 7th) around 2 p.m., but as of 3 p.m., according to the Fortis BC outage map, only about 80 households are affected.
Crews are on site, but Fortis currently has no estimate of when power will be restored.
