Elementary faculties in Kelowna report new COVID-19 instances

Two elementary schools in Kelowna have registered COVID-19 cases.

South Rutland Elementary School and Davidson Road Elementary School each confirmed one case last night.

Neither provided further details on the cases.

<p dir=Both cases are self-isolating at home.

“Central Okanagan Public Schools will continue to implement strict health and safety protocols and procedures in place so that students and staff can continue to attend school as safely as possible,” said the school district.

It added, “As always, we remind people to stay home from school if they show any symptoms.”
