New Town has announced plans to build two row houses with four units on Nickel Road in Kelowna.
The company has applied for a zoning and development permit for 285 and 287 Nickel Rd. to erect the three-story building.

All eight houses would have three bedrooms and a double garage on the first level.
The proposed development does not require any deviations.
