Downtown Kelowna will look different next week as Bernard Avenue is closed to traffic.
Bernard Avenue will be closed to vehicles between Abbott and St. Paul Streets starting Monday, June 29. A small section of Abbott Street that turns into Bernard and Mill Streets will also be closed.
