A huge crowd of residents has formed in Kelowna to protest COVID-19 restrictions.
Hundreds of residents gathered just before noon in Stuart Park for a “Global Freedom Rally”. This event is reportedly taking place across the country. Other rallies will take place in Ontario and Quebec.

It doesn’t seem like anyone in the crowd is wearing a mask.
Residents claim the event is patriotic as they have multiple Canadian flags on site. They also hold signs that read, “Live Fearlessly and You will be Set Free!”
