Kelowna RCMP released a video on Nov. 28 of a man who allegedly ran up to a woman and “grabbed her inappropriately”.

The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. in the Dodd Road and Bach Road area when the unidentified man approached the victim and two other people she was traveling with that evening.

He was last seen on Hemlock Road and described as thin, Caucasian, and about 6 ‘tall. He was wearing a black non-medical mask, a gray jacket with a pulled-up hoop, and blue jeans.

The victim was not injured in the attack, but “extremely shocked” according to the RCMP press release.

“We’re posting this video in the hope that someone will recognize this man and get in touch,” says Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy from the Kelowna RCMP.
