The average price for a single family home in Kelowna continues to skyrocket, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find a home in the heart of one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods.
Mission Group is currently building 468 West, a six-story boutique complex that will consist of 48 rental apartments in Pandosy Village.

Monthly rental rates are estimated at $ 1,700 to $ 3,600 per month, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes available. Ancillary costs and electricity are included with the exception of electricity and cables.
