Thompson-Okanagan’s most expensive house in Lake Country

Central Okanagan ranks in the top 20 on the BC Assessment list of the highest rated residential properties in the region

The Thompson Okanagan’s most expensive home is no longer in Kelowna.

A home at 4358 Hobson Road in Kelowna topped the BC Assessment Authority’s property value charts for the area for years, but the newly released 2021 rating is valued at $ 10.6 million – more than $ 10.3 million. $ 10.7 million last year, but less than a $ 10.7 million home in Lake Country.

The residence at Pixton Road 12990 ranked second on the list last year with a value of $ 10.2 million, but the additional half a million brought it to the top for 2021.

Lake Country also knocked West Kelowna out of the top three. A home on 18250 Juniper Cove Road jumped to number three on the list with an estimated value of $ 10.1 million.

West Kelowna’s first appearance on the list is number four; 1683 Pritchard Drive is valued at $ 9.6 million.

Peachland appears for the first time on the list in 11th place with a $ 8.2 million home on 7280 Highway 97 S.

Homes in the central Okanagan occupy the top 20 spots on the list.

The first house to make the list outside of the central Okanagan is number 21 on the list in Coldstream. A house on 8200 Kalavista Drive is valued at $ 7.5 million.
