KELOWNA, BC – Five people were stabbed to death at an outdoor gathering near Kelowna, BC on Sunday. The RCMP said it received a call around 2 a.m. reporting that several victims had been stabbed.

The RCMP said it received a phone call around 2 a.m. reporting that several victims had been stabbed.
Police said in a statement they found five victims suffering from stab wounds, two teenage boys and three adult men, all of whom were rushed to hospital.
The RCMP says the severity of the injuries is currently not disclosed.
A grown man was arrested and police say it is not believed to be a risk to the public.
Police say officials “flooded” the area after receiving the call and their investigation is ongoing.
